Terms of Service

By purchasing WooMobify you agree to the following terms.

Purchase and License
WooMobify grants each customer a non-transferable license for internal use ONLY and as defined by the terms set in the customer's chosen license package (Personal, Plus or Ultimate). The customer/license-holder may not on-sell the originally-purchased license key provided by WooMobify to other users of the license such as clients, for commercial benefit. Additionally, the customer may not sub-license to any person or entity, any right to distribute the software or license key. WooMobify will only provide support services to the original customer/license-holder with a legitimate license key, and consider any other uses of this license key for support queries as fraudulent and may be subjected to legal actions.

If you have obtained a WooMobify license via promotion or giveaways, this license falls under our "Free Plan" therefore, this package does not include technical support nor updates, however, if you need technical support you may upgrade your plan thus gaining technical support along with lifetime updates.


Refund Policy
We firmly believe in and stand behind our service 100%, however we do understand that our service may not be ideal for everyone 100% of the time. If you are unhappy with the services you have received or you simply just have an issue and we are completely unable to resolve it which makes the service tedius and unusable for you, we will provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase.

We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we may ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you and provide the best possible service. Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date, after 14 days no refunds can be processed. By requesting and receiving a refund, you regain full of your license and agree to terminate all features of our service immediately.

We do reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary. We also cannot cover any differences in exchange rates between the time of your purchase and the time you have requested a refund or are refunded.

Customer Support
WooMobify provides 24/7 technical support to all our users with a valid license key however, customer support is only inclusive within your first 27 weeks or 6 months of purchase with options to extend your service at a discounted price of 80% off the original price. You will still continue to receive lifetime updates to ensure that your service works as described and is protected against major security concerns as well discretionary version updates.

Ticket support is inclusive of the following:

  • Answering specific questions about the features and functionality of your chosen service
  • Third party plugins or assets that we provide integration for which are WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • If appropriate we may provide minor fixing of any technical error that you may be experiencing directly as part of item support.
  • Help you with issues related to using the service and getting the best possible service available
  • Help with defects within your service and this includes third party assets such as those previously stated
